Payment:

• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
• Prices are listed in the currency specified on our website or booking platform and include any applicable taxes or fees.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• We understand plans may change. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
• Refunds requested beyond the 14-day window will not be granted.
• Refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions follow a separate policy, as outlined in our Rain Cancellations clause.
• All refunds will be issued through PayPal or Stripe payments, subject to any charges imposed by the payment provider, if applicable.

Rain or Bad Weather Cancellations:

• In case of cancellations due to weather conditions, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Refunds requested within 24 hours of the start time or for reasons other than weather will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Tour Participation and Waiver:

By participating in our tours, you voluntarily assume any associated risks, including those related to transportation, physical activity, and unforeseen circumstances.
You release Niche Tours, its employees, contractors, guides, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during the tour.
You certify that you are in good health and capable of participating in the tour. You are responsible for your personal belongings and any expenses not explicitly covered by the tour package.
