Booking and Reservations:

To secure your spot on any of our tours, complete the booking process through our website or authorized booking platforms. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. While we strive to accommodate your preferred dates, please note that availability may vary.

Payment:

• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
• Prices are listed in the currency specified on our website or booking platform.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
• Refunds requested beyond the 14-day window or for any other reason will not be granted.
• Refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions follow a separate policy, as outlined in our Rain or Bad Weather Cancellations clause.
• Refunds will not be issued due to guest negligence, including but not limited to being late, illness, mistaking the tour date, inability to check directions/emails or booking incorrectly.
• All refunds will be issued through PayPal or Stripe payments, subject to any charges imposed by the payment provider, if applicable.

Rain or Bad Weather Cancellations:

• In case of cancellations due to weather conditions, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Refunds requested within 24 hours of the start time or for reasons other than weather will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Tour Participation and Waiver:

By participating in our tours, you voluntarily assume any associated risks, including those related to transportation, physical activity, and unforeseen circumstances.
You release Niche Tours, its employees, contractors, guides, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during the tour.
You certify that you are in good health and capable of participating in the tour. You are responsible for your personal belongings and any expenses not explicitly covered by the tour package.

By participating in our tours, you agree that any photos taken during the tour may be used by us for marketing purposes, unless we are informed otherwise in writing prior to the tour.

Disclaimer: Uncontrollable Events and Liability Waiver

Guests acknowledge that parts of the tour may take place outdoors and include aspects beyond the control of Niche Tours, such as the number of vehicles at the car meet or unexpected events. Niche Tours is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, road closures, or vehicle numbers seen at the car meet. By participating in the tour, guests agree not to hold Niche Tours liable for such occurrences and to refrain from posting negative comments or reviews online related to these uncontrollable situations.
